Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through Stripe. Because production quantities are strictly controlled, availability cannot be guaranteed until payment is completed. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the buyer will be notified and fully refunded.

Returns
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, by sending an unambiguous statement to studio.phuketflamme@gmail.com or to the seller’s registered address above. The period starts on the day after receipt. Return the goods within 14 days of notifying withdrawal. See Returns & Refunds for the model form, reimbursement rules and return conditions. The exception for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised applies only where its legal conditions are met; a limited or numbered edition alone does not qualify. Statutory guarantees remain applicable, including to personalised goods.

Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory guarantees or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. PHUKET EDITION remains responsible for proper performance of the distance sales contract under applicable law. Carrier or customs delays do not automatically release the seller from its legal obligations. Risk of loss or damage normally passes when the consumer, or a designated third party other than the carrier, physically receives the goods, subject to the statutory exception for a carrier independently commissioned by the consumer.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections afforded by the law of their country of habitual residence where those protections apply. Disputes may be brought before the courts competent under applicable law; these terms do not impose exclusive jurisdiction that restricts consumer rights.
Statutory Guarantees & Complaints
The seller responsible for the French statutory guarantees is Eddy GAUDILLIERE — Entrepreneur individuel (EI), trading as PHUKET EDITION, at the address above. Contact studio.phuketflamme@gmail.com to invoke them. For new goods, the legal guarantee of conformity covers defects appearing within two years of delivery; during that period you need to show the defect, not when it arose. You may request repair or replacement, subject to the statutory conditions, free of charge, within 30 days and without major inconvenience. A repair extends the initial guarantee by six months. If you request repair but the seller imposes replacement, a new two-year guarantee begins upon replacement. A price reduction or termination of the contract is available under the statutory conditions, including refusal to remedy, a remedy exceeding 30 days, major inconvenience, a persistent defect or a sufficiently serious defect. Termination is unavailable for a minor defect, which the seller must establish. Time during which the goods are immobilised for repair or replacement suspends the remaining guarantee period. These rights arise under Articles L.217-3 to L.217-20 of the French Consumer Code, independently of any commercial or manufacturer warranty. The guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code also applies: an action must be brought within two years of discovering the defect, and you may return the goods for a refund or keep them with a price reduction as provided by law.
