Return Conditions


For statutory withdrawal, these handling and return guidelines do not make prior approval or original packaging a condition of the right:


  • You may inspect goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

  • Do not send lighters containing fuel; comply with the carrier’s dangerous-goods requirements.

  • You are liable only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond the necessary inspection, where the required withdrawal information was provided.

  • Use protective packaging; original packaging is recommended, not a condition of statutory withdrawal.

  • Return the supplied accessories and authenticity card; their absence does not automatically extinguish the right of withdrawal.

Refunds


For statutory withdrawal, we reimburse the payments received, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of being informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. Reimbursement uses the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without fees.

The extra cost of a delivery option more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery offered need not be reimbursed. You bear direct return costs only if informed of that obligation before purchase; otherwise they are borne by the seller. Statutory guarantee remedies are provided without charge.

Contact us for the appropriate parcel-return instructions; prior approval is not required to exercise statutory withdrawal. The registered address is provided for notices and is not represented here as a confirmed parcel-return depot.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have 14 days to notify withdrawal without giving a reason, counted from the day after the consumer or a designated third party other than the carrier receives the goods. For one order delivered in separate lots, the period runs from receipt of the last good or lot. Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying withdrawal. The exception for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised applies only where its statutory conditions are met. Limited editions and numbered PHUKET EDITION pieces are not automatically excluded. Statutory conformity and hidden-defect guarantees remain applicable to personalised goods.
