Contact Phuket Edition within 14 days of delivery before

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • unused;

  • unfilled with lighter fuel;

  • undamaged;

  • returned with the original packaging;

  • returned with the authenticity card.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and successfully inspected.

Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the error was made by Phuket Edition.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact Phuket Edition immediately.

Please include:

  • photographs of the item;

  • photographs of the packaging;

  • the shipping label;

  • your order number.
